Do I need an account to read?
No. Every Official, its sources and checks, and every public view are open to anyone.
Is my work public?
On Free, yes. Anyone can read the models you make there, and the company page lists the views made from its current Official. Personal keeps up to 3 of your own models private at a time, and Pro as many as you like; making one public frees its place. On every plan, comments on a public model are public and the person you like, fork or follow is told it was you; saves and lists are only yours.
How is the AI counted, and what happens when it runs out?
At what the assistant’s work costs in API use: Personal includes $5 of it a month, and Pro $20. A small change, such as a new growth rate, costs about $0.23; a change across a forecast, such as turning your fork into a downside case, about $0.60; a larger rework, or splitting sales into several segments, can take more than one ask. Web searches the assistant makes count towards it; reading pages and saving documents don’t. What you don’t use doesn’t carry over to the next month. Your models stay as they are, and you can keep editing by hand.
How many companies can I open in the editor?
On Free, 3 a month, counted from the day you sign up; on Personal, 10 in each month you pay for; on Pro, every company. Without an account you can look at one sheet of a model.
Is Pro really unlimited?
For your own work, yes. Pro’s companies, private models and Excel export have no set limit, under the fair use the Terms describe.
What happens to my private models if I move to a smaller plan, or a payment fails?
For each private model over the new plan’s limit, you choose: make it public, or delete it. You can leave the choice for later: they stay private for 15 days from the day the lower plan takes effect, and you can still open them. If a payment fails, your account moves to Free that day, and the 15 days count from the failure. After the 15 days, the ones still private over the limit that you haven’t chosen for are deleted; only those, never your other models. We count down to it on Home, on the model’s page and by email. We never make them public for you.
Can I change plans, or cancel?
Any time. Cancel from your account page; to change plans, write to support@typecel.io. A move up starts at once: a new month begins that day at the new plan’s price, less what’s left of the old one. A move down, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and the smaller plan or Free starts after it; we don’t refund part periods.
Which companies are covered, and can I ask for one?
Listed companies in Japan and the US, each as its Official is published. Missing one? Search for it and ask for it with a free account; our team sees every request and how many people asked.
Can my company pay, or can I get an invoice?
