| Cancellation and refunds解約・返金 | Cancel any time from your account page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again; there is no cancellation fee. To change plans, write to support@typecel.io. A move to a lower plan also takes effect at the end of the period, and the lower plan starts after it. Fees already paid aren't refunded for part periods, unused time or downgrades, except where the law requires. If a payment fails, your account moves to the free plan that day. When your plan ends or moves lower, or a payment fails, private models over the new plan's limit that you haven't made public or deleted within 15 days may then be deleted; we remind you before we delete them. |
