Why is my private model frozen?

Your model is frozen because it is private and your plan no longer includes private models: make it public, or return to Personal or Pro, and you can work in it again.

Private models come with the Personal plan (three at a time) and the Pro plan. If your plan ends, or you move to a plan without private models, your private models are not deleted and are not made public. They stay private, and they stay readable to you.

What a frozen model can't do

While it is frozen, you can't:

• edit the model inside it (its structure, formulas and values);
• use the AI assistant on it;
• export it to Excel.

Its title and text stay yours.

How to work in it again

1. Open the model.
2. Make it public, if you are happy for anyone to read it. It thaws at once.
3. Or return to Personal or Pro, and it thaws while it stays private.
