# Who can see my forks and views?

Anyone can see them: forks and views on Typecel for Markets are public, unless you are on the Personal or Pro plan and make a fork private.

A fork is your own copy of a model, made from an Official or from someone else's public view. A view is a fork shown on a company page, with a title and, if you like, your own text.

## What public means

- Anyone who has the address can open a public fork or view, without an account.
- Anyone who can open it sees all of it: the structure, the formulas and every value, not a summary.
- Other people can fork it, like it, save it and comment on it.
- A fork of a public model is public from the moment you make it.

## Where it shows

- Fork the Official, and your view shows on the company's page, beside everyone else's.
- Fork someone else's view, and yours shows on your profile.

## Making a fork private

On the Personal plan you can keep three forks private at a time, and on the Pro plan as many as you like. A private fork is yours alone to open: nobody else can find it, read it or fork it. Making one public again frees its place.

The Free plan and the trial have no private option: everything you make there is public. Don't put confidential or personal information into a public model.

If you move to a plan without private models, or your plan lapses, your private forks stay private and readable to you, but they are frozen. See [Why is my private model frozen?](/guides/why-is-my-private-model-frozen)
